Mike Livingstone

“I love working for STS because everyone I work with feels like a true friend where I can be myself around. This makes for some good times at STS.”

Mike grew up in the Phin-Wood neighborhood of Seattle with his mom and brother, Neil. He went to college to obtain his chemistry degree halfway through he needed to take some time off to work more to save up for college.

In 1999, Mike worked on commercial building envelope projects where he discovered his passion for construction that lead him into the role of Condominium estimator and project manager at STS.

He enjoys fishing, snowboarding, and partying like a rock star, on occasions.
