Francisco Gutierrez

Francisco’s interest in how things are built came at an early age, taking things apart to see how they were put together.  He comes from a family of tradesmen that spans at least four generations. His grandfather was a heavy equipment operator and was a large influence in his life.

Born and mostly raised in Los Angeles, California and spent several summers in Seattle in the 90s.  His family moved to Seattle in 98’ and has since embraced the PNW and its culture.  His professional career consists of leadership roles in the automotive and hospitality industries, before making his way into construction.  His passion is seeing a remarkable finished product and enjoys the process in getting it there.  He’s found a home here at STS, bringing expertise in several areas.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and wrenching on cars whenever possible.
