Evanston is a strictly business-use building in Seattle’s Fremont District that had water flowing into the 2nd level business from leaks through the stucco around the windows on the 3rd and 4th floor of the South West elevation. We tore all of the stucco off of the 3rd and 4th floors in this area and installed a weather resistant barrier. To complete the project, we installed corrugated metal siding to match the siding on the building below the repaired area. The building’s owner chose color to match a 2nd building of his located across the street.
