We had so much fun being a part of Seafair this year. Our employees, Larry Shephard and his son Phoenix and team, barbarian racing have been participating in Seafair the past several years racing in the Westcoast F1 division. We loved the fun sponsorship opportunity.
Apartment building renovation in Capital Hill. We renovated the 117 years old building into 49 studios and micro units apartments. The newly modernized building features high end finishes, private balcony and keyless entry in each units. The apartment building offers a dog washing station, community kitchen, laundry and fitness room.
